It is a tech system: a merchant board, a shipping-office hub, a driver app, and a shipping market that connects them in the governorate. Each party runs their own work, and the loop closes with no middleman.

ايكورد مش بتاخد الشحنة منك وتوصّلها. التاجر يدير متجره، المكتب يدير أسطوله، والمندوب يدير خطه. وسوق الشحن يخلّيهم يلاقوا بعض ويتفقوا مباشرة.Ecord does not take the parcel from you and deliver it. The merchant runs the shop, the office runs the fleet, and the driver runs the route. The shipping market lets them find each other and agree directly.

لأ. ايكورد منظومة تكنولوجية لإدارة الشغل. إحنا منوصّلش الشحنات بنفسنا ومش بنوظّف مناديب. التاجر والمكتب والمندوب هم اللي بيشغّلوا، والمنصة بتربطهم وتقفّل الحسابات.No. Ecord is a tech system to run the work. We do not deliver parcels ourselves and we do not hire drivers. The merchant, office, and driver operate; the platform connects them and closes the books.
هل المنصة مجانية؟Is the platform free?
التسجيل مجاني، وسوق الشحن وإعلان ظهوري من غير سمسرة. بعد فترة تجربة، التاجر والمكتب يدفعوا رسوم بسيطة على الشحنة حسب الشريحة، والمندوب شغله مع تاجر أو مكتب ايكورد مجاني ليه. التفاصيل على صفحة الأسعار.Signup is free, and the shipping market with visibility ads has no brokerage. After a trial, merchants and offices pay a small per-parcel fee by volume tier, and driver work from an Ecord merchant or office is free for the driver. Details are on the pricing page.
أقدر أستخدم ايكورد من الموبايل؟Can I use Ecord from my phone?
أيوه. التاجر والمكتب يفتحوا اللوحة من الموبايل أو الكمبيوتر. المندوب عليه تطبيق (PWA) يتحط على الشاشة الرئيسية: الخط، الخريطة، التسليم، والعهدة. من غير ما تحمّل من متجر إن ما كنتش حابب.Yes. Merchants and offices open the hub from phone or desktop. Drivers get a PWA you can pin to the home screen: route, map, delivery, and float. No app-store download required if you prefer the browser.
