المبالغ المدفوعة لشحن رصيد Ecord غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد إضافتها للمحفظة.
2. الاشتراكات الشهرية
يمكن إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت. لا يتم استرداد رسوم الفترة الحالية.
3. الأخطاء التقنية
في حالة خصم غير صحيح بسبب خطأ تقني، يتم مراجعة الحالة واسترداد المبلغ خلال 5 أيام عمل.
