a) Merchant (User) Data

• Name, email address, and phone number.
• Business name and details.
• Login credentials (stored securely and encrypted).

b) Merchant's Customer Data

The merchant uploads their customers' data to manage orders and delivery, including: name, phone number, address, and order details. This data belongs to the merchant, and we process it on their behalf solely to provide the Platform's services.

c) Technical Data

• IP address, browser type, and general usage data for service improvement and security.

2. Google Data (Important)

• Google Sheets: To export and sync your order data to your spreadsheets, at your request.
• Google Contacts (People API): To import your customer contacts that you choose to import.

Our commitments regarding Google data:

• We use Google data only for the functions you explicitly request within the Platform.
• We do not sell your Google data or share it with any third party.
• We do not use Google data for advertising purposes.
• You can revoke Google permissions at any time from your account settings or from your Google account settings.
• Our use of Google data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Google Maps

The Platform uses mapping services to determine geographic zones and coordinates to improve delivery accuracy. This is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

4. How We Use Your Data

• Operating the Platform and managing orders, delivery, and settlements.
• Improving the service and providing technical support.
• Ensuring security and preventing fraud.
• Communicating with you about your account or the service.

5. Data Protection

• Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/SSL).
• Passwords are stored encrypted.
• Data access is restricted by permissions (role-based system).
• Regular backups protect your data.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share limited data only with trusted service providers to operate the Platform (such as hosting), to the extent necessary to provide the service, or upon a formal legal request.
