1. Service Description

Ecord is an order and delivery management platform that helps merchants organize their orders, customers, drivers, and financial settlements, with tools for importing, syncing, and geographic zone detection.

2. Registration and Account

• You must provide accurate and correct information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

3. Free Tier and Subscription

• Pricing and plan details are shown within the Platform and may change from time to time.
• You will be notified of any pricing changes before they take effect.
• Payment methods and timing are clarified when the subscription is made available.

4. Merchant Responsibilities for Customer Data

• You acknowledge that you have the legal right to collect and process your customers' data.
• You agree to use the Platform in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
• We process this data on your behalf solely to provide the service.

5. Acceptable Use

The Platform may not be used for any of the following:

• Any illegal or fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to hack, damage, or harm the Platform or its users.
• Uploading content or data that violates the law or the rights of others.
• Abusing resources or attempting to circumvent service limits by illegitimate means.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide the service continuously, but we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages or losses arising from the use of the Platform, including data loss or business interruption. You are responsible for keeping copies of your important data.

8. Account Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, you may request a copy of your data within a reasonable period.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
